Most Rx Items usually take 24 hours to complete and ship regardless of shipping method chosen. Expedited orders will ship as soon as possible and if there is a delay we will notify you via email.

Refrigerated products will be shipped via FedEx overnight shipping Monday through Thursday. The customer is responsible to coordinate the tracking information and delivery time so these items will not be left out in the weather ailments. The customer is responsible for being available during the delivery window to ensure the signature required. Mountainside Medical is not responsible for undelivered or returned packages. No refunds will be given and a review on a case by case bases will follow for possible reshipment. As a precautionary measure we will also send out an email warning that the shipment is being sent and that someone must be available the next day to sign for the refrigerated Rx item.Â
