Shipping Policy
Buyer shall pay shipping and freight costs, which will be added to the invoice. Delivery of the goods to the carrier at
Seller’s shipping point shall constitute delivery to Buyer; Buyer shall bear all risk of loss or damage in transit. The general method of shipment shall be determined by Seller in its discretion although Seller will consider any reasonable requests by Buyer; however, Seller reserves the right, in its discretion, to change the exact method of shipment and to make delivery in installments, all such installments to be
separately invoiced and paid for when due per invoice, without regard to subsequent deliveries. Delay in delivery of any installment shall not relieve Buyer of Buyer’s obligations to accept remaining deliveries. Upon Buyer’s receipt of any goods shipped hereunder, Buyer shall inspect the goods and notify Seller in writing within 5 days after the goods have been received by Buyer of any claims for shortages, defects or
damages and shall hold the goods for Seller’s written instructions concerning disposition. If Buyer fails to
so notify Seller within 5 days after the goods have been received by Buyer, such goods shall conclusively
be deemed to conform to the terms and conditions hereof and to have been irrevocably accepted by Buyer. Seller shall not be liable for any loss, damage or penalty as a result of any delay in or failure to manufacture, deliver or otherwise perform hereunder due to any cause beyond Seller’s reasonable
control, including without limitation, act of Buyer, embargo or other governmental act, regulation or request affecting the conduct of Seller’s business, fire, explosion, accident, theft, vandalism, riot, acts of war, acts of labor (such as strikes or labor difficulties), lightning, floods, windstorm or other acts of God, delay in transportation, routine shutdowns of Seller’s manufacturing facilities, equipment failure, shortage of raw materials or inability to obtain labor, fuel, materials, supplies or power at current prices.

Hayden Medical Instruments provides a 5-year manufacturers warranty on all instruments sold unless otherwise noted.
All returns must be accompanied by a Returned Merchandise Authorization number.
The following information is needed to request authorization for a return:

All authorized returns must be made within thirty (30) days of the invoice date and accompanied by the
appropriate purchase order number and Returned Merchandise Authorization number.
Allowable schedule for authorized return:
Products processed in error by Hayden Medical, Inc. will be credited in full
Defective product will be credited in full
Unless defective or shipped in error, any return accepted (before or after shipping) is subject to up to a 25% restocking fee (minimum of $10.00)
All items must be returned in their original packaging. This included boxes, brochures, bags, labels, etc.
All returned items are subject to Hayden Medical, Inc. inspection and acceptance
Product must be shipped prepaid. Returned package must be insured & freight prepaid by the customer, shipping and handling is non-refundable.
Non-returnable, other than for manufacturing defect:
Engraved instruments or instruments etched or labeled by the hospital
Products damaged beyond repair or refurbishment or not in saleable condition
Instruments returned more than thirty (30) days after invoice date

All orders not placed directly by a licensed physician or medical professional will be canceled and charged a 25% restocking fee.*
