Welcome to Source One Beauty

 

We have been in the beauty and spa industry since 2004. Having owned and operated our own Med-Spas, we understand and appreciate the value and importance of reliable equipment and supplies. That’s what inspired us to open our own store in 2007 where we could offer a complete collection of everything including microdermabrasion machines, facial multi-function units, massage and facial beds, salon styling chairs, shampoo units, manicure tables, spa pedicure chairs, reception desks and other equipment for salons. Then, we realized that many of our clients were also looking for supplies and disposables such as disposable bed sheets, disposable underwear, compressed sponges, facial masks, client robes and cotton wipes. We continue to add more and more essential equipment and supplies according to our clients’ needs. We always welcome suggestions and if you need something that you were unable to find in our store, please let us know. We are always looking for ways to improve our selection and your feedback plays an important role. 
 
One of the things that sets us apart from the dozens of companies offering similar equipment is our level of customer service. We have experienced the frustrations of buying equipment for spas, then trying to find someone to answer questions or perform repairs. Too many companies are based on the principle of maximum profit, only focusing on perfecting their sales procedures. In the meantime, their customer service after the sale suffers. We have a very different approach. We believe that outstanding service will always be appreciated and will result in repeat business from satisfied customers, as well as referrals. We strive to be available to address any questions or concerns before AND after the sale.
