This wand is extremely durable and ergonomic. The hole in the plastic tip opens on the the side instead of the top, allowing you to hold the hand piece at a more comfortable angle.
This hand piece will work with most crystal microdermabrasion machines as-is. Some tubing may need slight modification.
It uses single-use plastic tips.

It fits most standard metal hand pieces.
The opening is not directly on the tip, but instead on the side providing added comfort for the user. It allows the hand piece to be held more ergonomically, like a pencil or pen.
