Aesthetic Consulting & Training, PLLC (ACT) is an award winning aesthetic, wellness, and consulting center. ACT was founded in 2012 by Grace McLaurin, PA-C, with the goal to provide extraordinary training to medical clinicians whether just beginning or wanting to achieve mastery level skills. ACT focuses on small group (4 or less) and one on one hands on training and consulting. McLaurin has trained and collaborated with some of the most well known in the fields of aesthetics and anatomy to bring you one of the most comprehensive and extensive training programs available. In addition, Grace is a Certified Ziglar Legacy speaker and trainer and has received certification as a Human Behavior Consultant, through Personality Insights. She currently is A Doctoral candidate with a concentration in administration and leadership.

We provide a menu of courses for all levels of experience that enables you to customize your training experience. Our training courses are focused on equipping you to consult, evaluate, recommend, treat, prevent, and correct.  Our trainers are some of the most sought after injectors in the industry and have over 75 years experience collectively.  We provide you with training materials that exceed your expectations.  Trainees receive hard bound manuals that no only serve as a great reference, but can be used with patients to help explain the WHY of what you recommend.  In addition you receive anatomy reference cards, protocols, consents, and on-going support from our trainers. As an advanced nurse injector that had the pleasure of being trained by Grace, I was excited to have the opportunity to work along side her and to be her patient for the first time. I am very particular about who I let inject me but felt so comfortable and excited. Grace injected my lips- I’m obsessed. I had previously had filler gone wrong in my lips had to dissolve it and was very apprehensive about having them refilled but I am in love with them. Grace also did my Botox and had a great suggestion for trying threads to lift my aging face the procedure was relatively painless and the results were amazing.
