How does the review management work?

Once your patient completes their appointment, our A.I. will reach out within a set time period requesting a review. The patient will be given an opportunity to visit a branded page asking how their visit was.

If the customer is willing to leave at least a 4-star review, we direct them to your preferred review site – typically your Google My Business – to leave their review.

If the customer is not satisfied and wants to leave a review less than 4 stars, we give them an opportunity to provide feedback before leaving their review. Often, when a customer doesn’t leave a 5-star review, they just want to be heard.

That feedback will be immediately sent to you for an opportunity to follow-up with your patient.
