Products will be shipped per the method chosen at checkout from New York within 1 to 5 business days from the date that the order was placed (subject to stock & availability).

Rx Items usually take 24 hours to complete and ship.
Refrigerated products will be shipped via Fedex overnight shipping Monday through Thursday. The customer is responsible to coordinate the tracking information and delivery time so these items will not be left out in the weather ailments.
Refund Policy
Returns are NOT accepted for prescription / RX items due to federal regulations on temperature control standards.
Please include receipt/order number and reason for the return.
Products must be unopened due to regulations from the department of health. All medical products are to be sold in the original packaging and cannot be repackaged.
All products to be returned must be returned within 30 days from the invoice date, 100% complete, in resalable condition, and must include original packing material, manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories provided by the manufacturer.
All returns authorized by us are subject to a restocking fee of 25%, and must be completed within 30 days of the date of invoice/Sales receipt.
