Domestic Shipping Policy
-Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
-Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
-Shipment to P.O. boxes or U.S Territories
Liftie Aspirator ships to addresses within the U.S., and U.S. Territories.
-Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
-Customs, Duties and Taxes
Liftie Aspirator is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
-Damages
Liftie Aspirator is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
-International Shipping Policy
We do ship outside the U.S. but costs of shipping are the customers responsibility.

Refund Policy
Return Policy
All Returned items will be refunded excluding returning shipping cost. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Returns must be within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your item(s) for store credit or a refund to the original payment method. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we offer you a partial refund of 50% off the total cost, excluding shipping. Partial refunds are only issued within 3 months of receiving your order. After 3 months, no returns can be made.
Please note to be eligible for return all items must be returned , unopened, unused, unworn, undamaged with all original labels attached and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 7 business days upon receipt of your package. The refund credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
