How Does it All Work?
SpaKinect’s programs are designed to provide medical spa access with a specialized aesthetic provider network. Every client has flexibility in choosing when to use our service with our on-demand environment. There is no need to share your calendar or provide a patient appointment list. Once your account is established, you will be supplied a personal entry code and may start adding patients to our virtual waiting room.
Our providers are present, online, and waiting to evaluate your patient.
The moment you enter the waiting room, our provider will pick up the call, introduce themselves, and greet your patient appropriately. We know how busy medical spas can get, so our providers make sure to complete each evaluation using a direct approach, promptly gathering detailed information providing the good-faith evaluation documentation as soon as possible.

We offer two unique programs to assist our clients in good-faith evaluations with on-demand and at-home environments.
SpaKinect (v.): On-Demand
SpaKinect is the on-demand portion of our service enabling our clients to enter their patients into the Network as needed within our operating hours. No scheduling is necessary.
HomeKinect (n.): At-Home
HomeKinect is the at-home visit portion of our service enabling our client’s patients to visit with us, prior to their aesthetic appointment, and receive a good-faith evaluation.

What states are you licensed in?

Is SpaKinect HIPAA compliant?
Yes! Compliance is our central focus. We make sure to be up to date on all medical-legal changes to ensure complete medical and nursing board adherence in every state in which we operate.
What is the average wait time until my patient is seen?
Our average is 5 minutes. We are in constant communication with your clinical staff through the chat function in our app to let them or the patient know if we are experiencing a high volume of patients.
How many treatments can I get approved at one time?
We approve up to 4 treatment categories during an evaluation. The treatments approved are to be performed in the next 3-4 months and/or every 3-4 months on average within a year from the approval date.
Does SpaKinect get rid of the need for a medical director?
No, we still require every client to have an MD. In fact, your medical director’s signature is required before you can start to use our services as well as continued collaboration throughout your time with SpaKinect.
When does the approval expire?
Our approvals are valid for up to 1 year.
