If you want to lower your stress, improve your immune system and overall health, improve your focus and sense of life satisfaction consider individual coaching on how to become more mindful and more self-compassionate. Using your situation and focusing on what you need I will choose interpersonal exercises for you to do for self-discovery, formal and informal practices for you to use every day, and problem-solve tough life situations. 

The cost is $150.00 per hour session. This is a $20.00 reduction in my regular fee.
